X8C Monthy Recap - October 2024

Whew! While October came and went, the work here at X8C was just getting started.
We had our hands in everything—from a client’s token launch, the revamping of a new client newsletter, to adjusting some of our internal processes to better showcase our client deliverables.
And the work hasn’t slowed down, with what appears to be a resumption of the crypto bull market in full effect.
Here’s a look at October’s milestones:
Token Launch
While most marketing agencies help generate buzz around the launch of a token about to be deployed, October showcased our abilities as a team to not only create hype but also be on the ground floor of the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch processes.
Our team helped with the Gitbook creation, drafting FAQ editorial pieces around the launch, and our social media and guerilla marketing teams helped spread the word in unique and different ways.
At X8C, we’re unique and different - we believe the same ethos should be applied to how we market our clients.
Creation of NFT Campaign
Two of our clients were in different stages of an NFT campaign launch this month, and our team covered ground for both initiatives.
One client enlisted X8C to help create the campaign itself, while the other client asked that our efforts focus predominantly on crafting the lore around the NFTs and disseminating awareness around the campaign.
Both use cases required full buy-in from all of our team members—everyone from graphic design to community management—and the experience helped bring us closer together as a group.
Newsletter Cultivation
Toward the end of the month, we helped a client revamp their newsletter, converting a format mostly centred around the latest news to a format that included the personal opinions of the co-founders.
Our team also helped launch the client’s new social media initiatives, again showcasing the client’s own voice and perspective.
We believe in the importance of a personalised touch, whether it’s for a client or through our own X8C channels.
Overhaul on Client Calendars
October also saw our continued iteration efforts on our backend processes yield a more comprehensive system for communicating our client deliverables.
Instead of continuing to use a backend that was hard to track and hard to maintain, we embarked on a sprint to transfer over our deliverable system into one succinct document.
The system now provides a much easier method for managing our internal content team’s workflow and also provides a simple way to achieve client signoff—all while keeping the two systems separate from each other.
