X8C Monthly Recap - September 2024

It was a busy September here at X8C, going full throttle on the launch of several client initiatives—from new website design to preparing for fresh launch initiatives.
In this article, we’ll take a high-level look at our work this past month so you can see what X8C has been delivering on - full throttle.
Token Launch Preparation
A large portion of our September work encompassed the planning and roadmapping of a token launch and re-brand for one of our largest clients. This initiative saw all our resources being utilitzed—from content creation to content planning to guerrilla marketing to brand and deck creation.
You name it, we did it. It’s all part of the one-stop-shop experience that is the X8C marketing team, and we’re looking forward to putting our resources behind several upcoming launches throughout the rest of this year.
New Website Design
Another significant portion of our September work was focused on the re-branding and re-launch of a few different client websites. This took the form of a few information gathering calls to better understand our clients’ needs and wants, which translated to tangible brand and copy ideas that the clients were able to comment on and iterate on with us.
While we are steering the ship, clients play an active role in communicating their vision, with X8C delivering on that vision and helping bring it to fruition.
Content Calendar Creation
When working with new clients, one of the first tasks we embark on is the creation of a content calendar. The content calendar serves two purposes: One—to help everyone on our internal team know what stage a piece of content exists in and where it can be found, and two—to provide our clients with a “bird’s eye view” of their content roadmap so that at any point in time, they too can be aware of what content has been delivered, what content is upcoming, and what content is currently being worked on.
Our clients can now feel more organized and confident with everything planned out and structured far in advance.
Overhaul on Backend Project Management System
One of our greatest strengths is our organization, and September saw us revamp several of our internal systems to ensure our deliverables are met on-time, every time. Recently, we made the jump to a new project management system to better manage our growing number of clients and their corresponding workflows.
So far, the move has been met positively by a majority of our team, which is why it’s important to try new things!
