While most industries begin to experience a slight slowdown toward the end of the year, we’re still chugging along at X8C - full speed ahead.

November marked an innovative month for us as an organisation and our ability to deliver results for our clients, capitalising on the excitement in the market to the fullest extent.

Here’s a quick recap of what happened last month.

Community Growth Efforts 

One of the leading drivers of our November efforts were those from our Guerrilla Marketing (GM) team. The GM team was responsible for helping generate continued awareness for several projects and increasing their visibility across key social media channels.

Through our community engagement campaigns, we were able to increase the number of followers and subscribers to our clients’ social accounts, helping provide a solid boost in numbers from our October 2024 figures.

Revised Content Mapping System

At the beginning of the month, we embarked on a content sprint to have the entire month’s worth of content mapped out for our clients. The content plans we delivered included everything from planned tweets, blogs, and announcements on other social media platforms regarding upcoming campaigns.

The mapped system gave the clients clear pictures of what they could expect to see in terms of content for the month of November, and in doing so, provided them the opportunity to provide any feedback and edits in one massive swoop prior to signoff. This methodology helped us avoid any discrepancies and ensure their satisfaction.

Onboarding A New Wave of Clients

November also saw our Web3 marketing efforts reach new heights, as three new clients joined our roster. Each client tasked us with different marketing assistance, spanning from community growth, token awareness, and traditional Web3 marketing.

One new client we’re especially excited about is BuildAI, with whom we’ll be collaborating to build deeper connections with all the $BUILDers in the wider AI space and focusing on growing the BuildAI ecosystem as we head into 2025.

Overhaul on Backend Project Management System

In a final iteration—and largely dictated by the growing volume of our client roster—we made a strategic pivot and switched up the tech to our backend tracking system for client projects and feedback integration.

Last month, we embarked on a backend system upheaval as a stop-gap option to our older backend system. If we enjoyed the new system, we would continue onward, but we ended up locking in a slew of new clients, providing us with the capital to upgrade our system to one that required more resources to launch.

So far, the system is exactly what we needed. It allows for the seamless integration of clients’ social handles and the ability for us to receive client approval and push content—all within the platform. Not only that, but our new system allows us to see all of our clients and their respective content calendars unified under one platform—removing the need for us to maintain different files that live in different places—allowing us to better communicate internally on specific marketing strategies and better streamline our client communications.
