X8C Monthly Recap - January 2025

Only one month down in 2025 and we’re already off to a hot start. The month of January saw us firing on all cylinders as we paved the way for clients’ new partner integrations, new client initiatives, and a slew of touch points in preparation for a few client product launches.
Here’s a quick look at our January highlights.
New Partner Integrations
Toward the end of 2024, our team was deep in prep on a number of upcoming client integrations, most notably the partnering of one client with a major blockchain network. The launch utilised all of our resources across Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), social media, editorial work and traditional public relations (PR) communications. All of these services included original creative from our design team, which helped deliver brand consistency throughout all of the messaging in its different formats across different platforms.
Full Throttle on New Client Initiatives
Several of our clients also underwent ‘wardrobe’ changes to kick off 2025, debuting new-look website design and copy. Our team was responsible for their makeovers, taking the time to listen to their visions and providing mockups based on the emotional story they were trying to tell.
Once the vision for the website was affirmed and aligned upon, our team got to work constructing sites that not only showcased our clients’ services but also humanised their products, providing a thorough understanding of the ‘who,’ the ‘what,’ and the ‘why’ behind the project and abstracting away the rest of the complexity.
Prepping the Stations For Launch
New client websites weren’t the only thing launching to start the year. Plans for one client’s Mainnet launch and another client’s rewards ecosystem launch consumed a lot of our focus as we mapped out content strategy and roll-out plans for each. Our biggest challenge was in the ever-shifting timelines of these launches, which required us to adapt quickly to content changes and have a supply of relevant evergreen content at our fingertips to help mitigate any potential delays in the final edition of the products.
In fact, some elements of the projects were either scrapped by the client or required a complete 180 pivot—changes we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate given our core company ethos is aligned with malleability and ever changing nature of the Web3 industry.
A Hot Start to the New Year
Between our KOL network activity, client content generation across long form and social media channels, navigating market volatility and the fast-paced nature of Web3, we were able to meet and exceed our client’s expectations on the narratives they wanted to help showcase around the products and services they offer.
But we’re only as good as our clients, which is why we only desire working with blockchain projects that are poised to disrupt their industries. Being on the front lines of creative innovation is a win-win when combined with an amazing product or service, and it's through those unique combinations that we’re able to point to a distinguished track record of high-quality results and client satisfaction.
